About me
My name is Julie Mumford and I have always been dedicated to a career focused on helping others. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree from Penn State University, majoring in Rehabilitation and Human Services, with minors in Deaf Studies, Disability Studies, and Child Maltreatment and Advocacy Services.
In June 2024, I graduated from Salus University with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. During my studies, I had the privilege of completing a three-month fieldwork placement with Rooted to Rise Therapy. This experience has allowed me to observe the profound impact that therapy can have on children, families, and therapists alike, reinforcing my commitment to this field.
