Hi, I’m Amber — a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping kids, teens, and young adults move through trauma and rediscover their strength. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and began my journey in residential treatment, supporting youth navigating recovery and transition.
From there, I moved into outpatient trauma work, offering support for children and adults healing from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, neglect, and complex PTSD. I’ve also worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals across all levels of care — a population I connect with personally as a fellow neurodivergent therapist.
My approach is body-based and integrative. I’m trained in evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, PSB-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I’m also a certified personal trainer, and I love weaving movement and nervous system regulation into sessions to help clients reconnect with their bodies and feel more present and empowered.
Above all, I believe healing happens in safe, connected relationships — and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and behavioral challenges. I also specialize in integrating movement into therapy to support nervous system regulation.
Certifications & Trainings:
I combine trauma-informed therapy with body-based practices to help clients reconnect with themselves. I believe healing is holistic — and movement is a powerful bridge between mind and body.
I have 21 tattoos — and four of them are mental health-related!
